How to apply
You may apply by submitting an online application using the Job Search page. Applications should be made for a specific job position. If you wish to submit a speculative application by registering, we are always on the lookout and welcome speculative applications in the following areas:
For specific job applications Step 1: We will send you an email confirming receipt of your application. Step 2: We will review your CV and assess if your competencies, experience and qualifications are a potential fit for the job. Step 3: If there is a potential fit, we will invite you for a first interview with the Human Resources team and / or the hiring manager, where you will be assessed on job specific competencies, motivation and organisational fit with New Flavor House. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us and the job. If you are not short-listed for an interview, we will send you an email to inform you. Step 4: If you successfully complete the first interview, typically, you may be invited to attend an additional one or two rounds of interviews with internal stakeholders and / or senior management. Step 5: After completing the final interview, we will inform you of our decision. For speculative applications Step 1: We will send you an email confirming receipt of your application. Step 2: We will review your CV and assess if your competencies, experience and qualifications are in the areas which we are on the lookout for. Step 3: If so, we may invite you for an interview with the Human Resources team to learn more about you and your motivation. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us. Step 4: If there is a suitable fit and job opportunity, we will contact you for further interviews specific to the job opportunity available. |
